Who Controls Your Mind?

Do you control your mind or does your mind control you?

To gain the right perspective, we must adopt the mind of Christ. Perspective in the Bible is also called wisdom, which allows us to build off knowledge. While knowledge is simply knowing what God does, wisdom is knowing why He does it. In order to develop a Christ-like mind, we must “take every thought captive” as Paul explains in 2 Corinthians 10:5. The process of winning control of our minds requires weighing each thought for truth, recognizing that we’re broken, sheltering ourselves from sin, and continuing to learn more of God’s truth.
