Grace Home Ministries

Mission

Grace Home Ministries (GHM) exists to provide support services for young women facing an unplanned pregnancy, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to have a successful and more abundant life.

Program

The Grace Project serves pregnant teens and teen mothers (ages 13-20) and their children through mentoring, life skills training, and goal setting. Program participants are exposed to various workshops-career development, job readiness, meal preparation, and parenting to name a few.

Results

Since the fall of 2014, 16 teen mothers have been provided with temporary housing, educational support and mentoring, many of which have graduated high school, started college, and achieved financial independency.

Program Funding

The programs under GHM are funded solely on the donation of private individuals, small businesses and area churches.
