Blue Ridge Custom Homes LLC is a full-service homebuilder and general contractor operating in the central Virginia area since 2004. Our primary focus is new construction of single-family homes. However, we also do additions, renovations, remodeling, home improvements or repairs, disaster restoration, decking, garage buildings, outbuildings and even steel building construction for outbuildings, horse barns, or warehouses. Owned and operated by Nathan Wiley (with experience from building over 500 homes to date), Blue Ridge Custom Homes LLC is a small, flexible company with the ability to customize the construction experience to meet each customer’s individual needs. We can use your plan, provide one for you, or help you come up with a custom plan of your own.  We can build on your lot or you can purchase one of ours.  We can help you with financing or can work with your bank on a co-perm loan situation. Basically, we just want to formulate a program that is a perfect fit for your individual circumstances.
